Music library sharing
Can you share your entire Apple Music library with someone who is on your family plan? If so, how?

From what I understand in the "Apple Music Family Subscription" section of:
Family Sharing - Apple Support
each family member gets their own personal music library but they can't share it entirely. You can share a playlist, but that is about it.
