My iPhone has an alert pop up saying "Turn on location services to allow camera to determine your location" I locked my phone without seeing it now I can't click cancel or settings on the alert and it has locked me out of my phone??

Does anyone have any advice?I tried connecting to my Mac to manually restart but I have to unlock my iPhone in order for it to charge and I can't unlock because the alert won't leave my lock screen.

Try and Force ReStart Your iPhone as instructed in this article by Apple ➔ How to Force ReStart your iPhone.

See if that helps and returns your iPhone to normal operation.
