I accidentally deleted one message in iMessages. It was backed up about 350 mb. So I reset my phone to recover that message but it doesn’t show, rest of the messages on iMessage shows. In the iCloud it’s only 55 MB of messages now?

Can I still get it back?

iPhone 8, iOS 13

When you say you reset your iPhone, do you possibly mean that you Restored your iPhone to your backup? The message would have to have been on the iPhone when you backed up. That is the only way to restore a deleted message. If it did not return when you restored the iPhone from your backup, then it is gone.

Are you using iCloud Messages? If you are, then it will not restore. If you were not, then if the message was on the iPhone when you did the backup, it should have restored. There is no way to get specific information. A restore is all or none. Are you sure the device was not backed up after the message was deleted?
