I have a HP LaserJet 2100 TN printer is there a driver that will work with my new iMac running Catalina 10.15.4?

Oh, dear.......checking on HP's website, looks like it mentions OS 8 and OS 9, and we're way past that now....
one solution may be to use GimpPrint/GutenPrint , or try the HP Printer Drivers 5.1 available here:
