Connects to WiFi but doesn’t work

I can connect to WiFi on all my devices including laptop. But only on MacBook Pro after installing the latest update I can’t do any action if it involves using WiFi. I’ve done various trials to fix the problem but nothing works. Please, help me with it.

I can’t go to Apple store in my city because it is closed. Service in a call works only for Italian speakers. Can’t provide a support from the website because I have my laptop for more than 90 days. No other phone numbers, all the repair centers closed and nothing works to fix the problem. I don’t know what to do, I’m stuck with this for 4 hours already.
