Camera not working on apps

I have an iPhone 8+ and apps like Snapchat and Instagram are showing that I need to allow Camera access in settings, but when I go to Privacy > Camera, nothing shows up.

I have already tried to close all my apps, reset my phone, and reset my Location & Privacy settings.

Help.

Go to Settings > Instagram and see if you gave access to the camera in the app setting.

Camera access to my apps My phone will not allow any access to my camera when I use any app that requires camera access, which includes Snapchat, Instagram or Pokémon Go. I’ve re-downloaded the apps and still no prompt to give it access and not a setting in my settings to toggle it on.
