macbook 13 inch computer randomly shut off. i got it about a month ago. it randomly shuts off at least once a day and won't turn on or respond to any keys i try and do. and i cant remove the battery.

can someone help?

Random Shutdown of MacBook Air (13-inch, Early 2015) My Macbook Air randomly shuts down. When it is running, it's running well, not sluggish, no odd noises etc, and without rhyme or reason, it will just shut down. Sometimes, I can press the power button and it will fire up quickly, other times, nothing may happen - then I have to force it to restart, it will start up again. What could be the cause of this? I have the latest updates on my MacBook Air - Using Monteray. I don't appear to have any lost data, except what I may have been working on at the time. Cheers Kamahl

For now, read and follow this procedure:

If your MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2019, Two Thunderbolt 3 ports) keeps shutting down - Apple Support

For the future, you should have it more than 80 percent charged most of the time.
