macbook 13 inch computer randomly shut off. i got it about a month ago. it randomly shuts off at least once a day and won't turn on or respond to any keys i try and do. and i cant remove the battery.

can someone help?

For now, read and follow this procedure:

If your MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2019, Two Thunderbolt 3 ports) keeps shutting down - Apple Support

For the future, you should have it more than 80 percent charged most of the time.
