Can’t connect to a current Time Machine backup disk.

Try to locate a video but when looking in the time machine I get this reply:

Can’t connect to a current Time Machine backup disk.

I am on the Catalina 10.15.4

MacBook Pro 15", macOS 10.15

If Time Machine on your Mac can’t find your backup disk may be applicable.
