new keyboard on old macbook

Hi,

as Apple has just announced the new MacBook Pro 13" with the new Top-Case and new Keyboard, I looked at the "Buy" page and realised: There still is the a model with a 1,4 Ghz core i5 8th gen, 8gigs of lpddr3 ram and 256gigs of storage. Which basically is exactly the model I have, just from 2019. So... would it be possible to change the top case to have the new keyboard on my older one?

Thanks everyone for your answers :)

No. It does not work that way.

even with a repair— it will get the same exact keyboard the mac originally shipped with.
