I bought three Apple watches at Christmas and we received an email that said we got Apple TV for a year. I have sent emails trying to get this started. I wasn’t sure how and I never heard. I was just reminded about this again when I saw the email. How do I redeem this?

The offer would have only applied to the first iPhone that was purchased, the offer would be claimed within the TV app on that phone and would need to be claimed within 3 months after activation. When did you purchase and setup that iPhone?
Ok....then I stand corrected. The emails I got about earning one year free must’ve been for the four new iPhones we got. I was never ever able to redeem. How do I do so?
