keyboard is not working

my keyboard is not working so I restarted my macbook and now i’m trying to log in but i cannot type my password

Try resetting NVRAM/PRAM http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1379


Try resetting the SMC https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201295



If no resolve try a external keyboard.
