I’ve noticed that £9.99 has been taken from my bank account. Can you tell me why please?

See your purchase history for the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support

or

If you see apple.com/bill, itunes.com/bill, or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support
