Catalina 10.15.4 Random Intermittent System Hangs?

Hello, ever since updating to 10.15.4 my system (2020 MBP 16") will randomly hang/spinning wheel when doing misc. tasks.

Whether I'm typing a message in Slack, writing an email in Outlook, browsing a page in Chrome... every couple minutes my system will hang and I'll get the spinning wheel for a few seconds - delaying any inputs/etc.

I've been using this machine since March (brand new) and have not had such issues until this latest update.

Is there anything I can do to stop this? Are other users reporting this issue?
