You’ll need a cable with a USB-C plug to mate with your iPad Pro, plus a suitable connector (usually USB Type-A or USB-C) to connect to your Power Adapter (charger).

As such, assuming that you are using an Apple Power Adapter with a USB-C connector, you’ll require a USB-C to USB-C cable. Here is a charging cable made by Apple:
