I am looking to clear some storage space on my phone.
I have my photos saved as albums on my phone, if i move all photos to Icloud, do they still stay on my phone in the album files i have created?
I read that they may go back to individual photos on my phone?

Turning on iCloud Photos and ‘optimize iPhone storage’ will keep the photos in the same albums they are currently in. And even though you have albums on your phone, you should still see the individual photos under ‘recent’.
