How do i create a Folder (Mailbox) in the “All Mailboxes” section of Mail on an iPad that i can use to file all emails on one subject from multiple email accounts? It used to be you could select “iCloud” as the location for the mailbox. I can’t find that option.

Doesn’t work. I want to add a mailbox (a folder) that I Can move messages to from three different email accounts. The above answer forces me to locate the new mailbox under 1 of the 3 accounts, not in the “all inboxes” area.
