apple charging me $9.99 from December 2019 and I have no idea what is for!

I went all purchase history and I can not find why?

$9.99 is the monthly cost of 2TB of iCloud storage - could it be that? Otherwise please see If you see apple.com/bill, itunes.com/bill, or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support
