How can I fix my iMessages? I can send texts to some iPhone users but to other contacts it goes as text message but they also use Apple. How do I fix this?
If they are sending you an iMessage and when you receive it it has become a green bubble SMS text message it can mean several things, including whether or not you are connected to cell data or WiFi.
If you are try turning iMessage off and then back on.
Can I put it like this. I get the green bubble even though they have Apple too. They can send imessages to other contacts but it’s green for me. I also have contacts that I can send iMessages to just not them.

You can't fix it on your end, the person receiving it needs to fix their issue.
How so? When they send to other people it works but not to my phone.
You said "...it goes as a text message" which would indicate you sent it to other people.
