Overlay video

Hi, is it possible to have an overlay video in FCP. I want to have a clip running, with a second clip in the top right hand corner

Yes. You put the two clips in the timeline, one on top of the other. Use Shift-T for the transform function. Scale down the upper clip and position how you like.
