How can I unlock my phone if I forgot my passcode?

By erasing it using your home computer using iTunes. Follow the directions in this link --> If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support
If you've been backing up your phone, after you get back in, you can restore it from your backup. If you haven't backed up your phone, your data is gone.
