I lost some contacts on my iPhone 8 Plus after updating to 13.4.1. I restored to backup, which restored contacts temporarily. After an hour or so, the contacts were lost again. I've restored to backup several times successfully, but the issue reoccurs each time. Any suggestions on how to fix this issue?

First, check Settings > General > iPhone Storage and be certain your free space never falls below 10% of the iPhone's total storage space.
