Gen 4 apple TV factory reset without remote

I bought a house, and the fancy home entertainment system came with a gen 4 apple TV, set up by the prior owners. I dont have a remote, and I cant get into the unit using the prior owners information. How can i factory reset the device so I can use it with my own apple ID without a remote?
