How to SUM cell values based on specific contents in a table row?

I will explain as best as I can

I am building a home budget spreadsheet here:

https://www.icloud.com/numbers/0V76H-clxF7B33Air6IrRCNsw#how-to-applenumbers

And I would like to sum all values of the BALANCE column in BANK 1 table that contain APRIL 2020 and category GROCERIES.

The goal here is to monitor if I am under/over spending on my budget.

I shared a Numbers file above and it is editable. If possible, please duplicate the sheet with your solution. Thank you :)
