Screen Recording
Can I recover the audio? I used screen recording but did not know about the mic switch/function so now my video does not have any sounds. Is there any way to salvage this?

Apple defeat settings for screen recoding is set to off microphone. But you can turn on the microphone with this simple step.
Press and hold the screen recoding button on your control panel and then it will bring up the option to choose app for screen recoding then below that option you will see the microphone option which is turned off. You tap on it to turn it on.
