MacBook Pro 15" late 2013 BATTERY

How do I know if my battery needs to be replaced in MacBook Pro Retina late 2013? It seems to discharge extremely fast (in an hour or less) and I have disabled unnecessary functions AND reset the power management unit. I just want to make sure battery replacement is what will fix it. THANKS ANYONE!
