activation unlock
i have iphone 6s just bought online it has a activation lock on it. the seller cant help is there anyway to reset this?

Unless he specifically told you it was locked he has effectively committed fraud and you should tell him you want to return it and get a refund. If this was a private sale rather than through for example eBay you may or may not get much result out of this.
