The only way to get a genuine Apple battery is to have Apple replace it. You can either wait for Apple stores to open again, or use the Contact Support link at the top of this page to arrange a mail-in replacement. The cost is $49 for an iPhone 7.
Yes, you would be without it for a few days. Or wait until the stores open; they can replace batteries while you wait. Another option is to replace the phone. The new SE Second Generation looks really nice😉
