Disabled phone -- how change passcode
I've disabled my iphone. How can I recover or change my passcode so I can unlock it without losing anything?

If it is disabled you have already lost everything on it. Your only option is to restore to New status by following the instructions in this Apple support article—>If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support. After that completes you can restore your most recent backup and/or re-sync everything that you previously synced to iCloud.
