pairing my iwatch

I had to reset my iPhone 6 back to factory settings. Now my watch is not paired. It won't pair through the app and I can't find the "i" icon to do it manually. When I try to reset my iwatch to factory settings, nothing happens. Any help would be appreciated.

If you have an iphone 6 then a watch with watchos6 on it will not pair,watchos6 requires a phone with ios13 or higher.

Iphone 6 will only update to ios12.
