can i share my storage plan on all my devices?

I have the 2b storage plan in my phone, and i am wondering if i can share that storage plan with my other device, my ,laptop?

MacBook Pro 13", macOS 10.12

Yes, simply log in with the same Apple ID on your laptop and the iCloud storage plan will be useable on both your laptop and your phone.

Awesome, thank you! i thought i had the same apple id for both devices and i see that i do but i dont have the same plan on both.
