my wife forgot her password and cannot get into her old 4s to get the pictures off it - i tried itunes and it says it cannot update the phone and has to be factory reset, we dont want to do that because we would lose the old pix what can we do?
If she forgot the passcode, then anything on it that wasn't already backed up or synced to the cloud is gone.
