How to delete a purchase

My daughter has purchased a game in her phone which does not have a SIM card. However I have been charged weekly for her purchased. I did all the necessary and even deleted the app, I even contacted my telco provider to stop charging me but nothing works. Can you pls help?

Deleting the app is irrelevant. You need to stop the subscriptions. See the article below for steps.
