My Apple TV won’t play my rentals

When trying to watch my rentals on the Apple TV it keeps buffering. Then when I try to watch them on my Mac and connect to the Apple TV it won’t. This is very frustrating I’m ready to give up on Apple products.

Troubleshoot your network.

if on wifi, reboot the router
