Updating Pages 7.0
How do I update Pages 7.0 on MacBook Pro OS 10.15.4?

Pages v7.0 thru 7.2 were installed with macOS Sierra and v7.3 required High Sierra to be installed beforehand. Pages v7.0 is useless on Catalina, and you should launch the Mac App Store, sign-in with your Apple ID, and then click your username in the lower left corner of the Mac App Store's left panel. That will take you to a Purchases panel. See if there is an update button with the Pages entry, and by clicking it, does it update Pages 7 to 10?
