Numbers not updating on Mac

Hello,

I am trying to update 'Numbers' to allow me to open a document sent to me, however when I click update in the App Store I just get a wheel spinning and no update.

I've updated my operating system to macOS High Sierra Version 10.13.6, and my current Numbers software is version 3.6.2

Has anyone got any suggestions?

The current versions of Pages, Numbers & Keynote require Mojave or Catalina, macOS 10.14.6 or 10.15, to install. You need to update the OS before you can update the apps.
