Hi I'm Margo, I'm setting up my new iPhone, and I'm at the point of the process where it says choose backup. Now I clicked the set up as new iPhone button and it's just highlighted gray. Does that mean its restoring the data from my other phone or just not loading?

Transfer data from your previous iOS device to your new iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
If you choose to set it up as a new phone, it will not attempt to restore anything from the backup of your old phone.
I think that is what it's trying to do, I clicked the button set up as new iPhone and the screen won't change.
