How do I find a download for Keynote that is compatible with Mac 10.3.6 ?

FWIW, If you've never downloaded Keynote previously you can no longer get it unless you are running Mojave 10.14

Have you tried the App Store? It should be in your Purchases if you previously installed Keynote.

When I tried to get it through App store I was told that my Mac had to be 10.14 and above. So wasn't compatible for the download.
You should also see that with that message, you are allowed to download an older/earlier version. At least that's what I see.
