How do you change from Portrait to Landscape on an Ipad Pro?

First, bring down the iOS Control Panel down by swiping down from the upper right hand of the screen just under the top menu, and look for a red icon/button with a circular arrow with an image of a padlock inside, then tap on this button to release the screen orientation lock.


Then try rotating your iPad's screen around.
