Photo recovery

When you mention iCloud, are you saying these are photos that you were using iCloud photos for? If so, log into www.icloud.com on a computer and check the Recently Deleted folder. If there is nothing there, then they are gone. The iPhone backup would not include photos since they were in iCloud.

If you deleted from the recently deleted folder, they are gone. If your iPhone has backed up since the deleting, they are gone. once you delete from the recently deleted folder, they are gone. No way to recover.
