I can not change old I phone to new iPhone and I have already changed SIM card to new phone

Need your help badly to change old iPhone to new iPhone have already changed SIM card from old phone to new phone and tried to let it reset itself by sitting each phone side all night
and you provided no details of your issue.
It like going to see a dr and saying I'm in pain, and not provide the dr details.
Or going to a mechanic and saying my car won't work and provide no detaisl.
