my iPhone 11 is stuck on the apple logo, I tried restoring it using my laptop, but nothing is working

Try to Force ReStart the iPhone as shown in this article by Apple ➔ How to Force ReStart Your iPhone. If that does not work then perform this task as outlined in the article by Apple ➔ If Your iPhone in Non-Responsive or Frozen.
