We have erased this iPad several times and it still keeps showing up in my Apple ID.

Keep deleting and erasing my mom's iPad to remove it from my Apple ID because she now has her own Apple ID. It STILL keeps showing up as one of my devices and it is connected to her Apple ID also.

Did you turn off Find My Phone in Settings/Your Name/iCloud before you signed out? Try the steps in the article below to make it her iPad.
