Exporting Always Fails and Rendering/Processing Stuck

So I've been trying to Export a video I made in final cut pro, but for some reason, the sharing always fails. I think this could be because the little dashed line above the video that shows when something is rendered/processed isn't moving at all. I think it stopped moving because I ran out of space in my library, and had to cancel tasks to remove the space, and after deleting almost all the videos in the library, it won't pick up again. Can someone help me?

Start by deleting FCP X preferences, and do this again whenever the application crashes or behaves unexpectedly.

To delete preferences, hold down command and option while starting FCP X and click Delete Preferences.

Reopen your library, delete render files, then try again.
