i’m using airpods 1 and it does’t connect or show in Bluetooth menu of mu iphone or another.. i tried all the tricks and the instructions that found on the website but it doesn’t work too

Hi there,
Did you press and hold the button on the back of your AirPods case while your AirPods were in it with the lid open? Holding that button for several seconds should make the light inside of the case pulse white, and it should show up in your bluetooth menu.
