Can’t activate microphone on iPad 5

Hi,

I cant´t activate microphones for apps like Messenger, Zoom etc. The microphone is working when recording though.

The iOS is updated and I’ve tried the ”hard” shut off too.

Privacy for Microphone shows only info for Messenger in faded text. In other words, I can’t choose any option.

Any advice on this ?
