i have a 50gb icloud storage plan.If i delete a specific video from my apple device and also from icloud webpage.Will it still remain in my icloud backup? i want to delete this video immediately from everywhere can someone guide me please
If your backup was made in iCloud, then yes. But, if it was made on a computer, no. And, it identifies the things not included in iCloud backups.
If you delete the video from iCloud, it should delete from your devices/computers when they next sync to iCloud. The iCloud sync is very slow, so it may take some time for it to delete.

You can't do that. You can delete the backup and create a new one though.
If you were syncing the video to iCloud, it isn't in your backup. You can't access individual files in a backup.
