Managing and accessing your music library at all times is certainly important and I'll be happy to help.
It can take some time to sync your music library, based on the amount of music content that is stored and the speed of your internet. If you feel that, Sync Library is unresponsive, you can restart your iPhone: Restart your iPhone Then see if, Sync Library resumes without any issue: Turn on Sync Library with Apple Music
