How do I upgrade to macOS Catalina?

MacBook OS High Sierra isn't mentioned in the How to upgrade to macOS Catalina?

(What is the progression of OS upgrades?)

I'm on a MacBook Air (13-inch, Early 2014) with macOS High Sierra vs 10.13.6 (17G12034)

Can I just upgrade straight to Catalina? If not how do I upgrade my macOS?
