I recently got an Apple Watch series 4 and I was wondering for Apple Pay is there a way to set it up so that i must type in my code before a payment can be made sort of like on the iPhone. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

The passcode for your Apple Watch is required to unlock the watch.
That (unlocking the Apple Watch) is required to use Apple Pay from the watch. You cannot require re-entering the passcode to use Apple Pay.
