iMovie not exporting. Deleting preferences now media not showing.

I "deleted preferences" opening iMovie and now my library is gone. Where can I find it on my Macbook Pro?

iMovie library file After transferring my data to newer Mac, I need my IMovie files but the message says it can not open the library due to already existing one. Is it a way to restart my IMovie and use only the IMovie library that I transferred?

Look in your Movies folder (Go/Home/Movies) and open your old library.
